At BEOVEA, we are committed to thoughtfully designed tools made for everyday use. This Limited Warranty reflects our commitment to product quality and covers eligible products that remain free from functional defects in materials and workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

This policy outlines our warranty coverage. Your use of our site and services is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Within 30 Days of Delivery: If you are not satisfied with your product within the first 30 days after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for available return options.

After 30 Days of Delivery: After the 30-day return window has closed, this One-Year Limited Warranty applies only to eligible functional defects in materials or workmanship.

This warranty covers functional defects in materials or workmanship arising under normal, intended, household use and in accordance with the applicable product instructions, warnings, and care guidance.

This warranty applies only to the original consumer purchaser of a BEOVEA product purchased directly from mybeovea.com, or from an authorized BEOVEA reseller in the United States, with valid proof of purchase from the original order source.

This warranty is non-transferable and does not apply to products purchased second-hand or from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized third-party marketplace sellers.

This Limited Warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original delivery date of the product (the “Warranty Period”).

The delivery date will be determined based on the carrier tracking information, order records, or other reasonable proof associated with the original purchase.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or resellers

Consumable items or accessories subject to ordinary wear, such as replaceable brush heads, silicone attachments, or cleansing pads

Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, discoloration, or fading that do not affect product function

Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage, improper cleaning, modification, or use other than normal intended household use

Damage resulting from attempted repair, disassembly, or alteration not authorized by BEOVEA

Damage caused by exposure to extreme temperatures, liquids, moisture, or improper voltage beyond the product’s stated specifications or instructions

Damage caused by transportation, carrier handling, or events beyond BEOVEA’s reasonable control

Products that function as intended but are no longer wanted, preferred, or suitable for personal reasons after the 30-day return window has expired

To start a warranty claim, please email hello@mybeovea.com and include the following:

Proof of Purchase: Your order number from mybeovea.com or a clear receipt from an authorized BEOVEA reseller

Evidence of Defect: A clear description of the issue, along with photos or videos clearly showing the functional defect

We typically complete an initial review within 1-3 business days, Monday-Friday.

Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. If your claim is approved and a return is necessary for inspection or verification, we will provide written return instructions.

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims: If we ask you to send the product back for inspection or verification, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law. We do not provide prepaid return labels for warranty claims.

We are not responsible for items returned without prior authorization.

If a valid warranty claim is approved, BEOVEA may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product

Issue store credit equal to the original purchase price

Issue a refund equal to the original purchase price

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once the claim has been verified and, if applicable, the product has been received for inspection, we typically process the replacement, store credit, or refund within 3-5 business days.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BEOVEA shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the sale, use, or inability to use any product.

Except as expressly stated in this Limited Warranty, BEOVEA disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent any implied warranties cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, they are limited in duration to the Warranty Period stated in this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

This warranty is governed by applicable U.S. law. If any provision of this Limited Warranty conflicts with mandatory consumer rights under applicable law, the applicable law will control to the extent of the conflict.
