Shipping & Delivery

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

  • Processing: 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday
  • Transit: Usually 3-5 business days after dispatch

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Orders of $15 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

For orders under $15, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination, available shipping methods, and order value.

You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Not at this time. We currently sell and ship only within the United States.

Shipping availability may be limited for certain non-contiguous U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and other special-address regions. If shipping is unavailable to your address at checkout, we are currently unable to fulfill the order.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that tracking may take a short time to update after the label is created.

Please first check:

  • Your front door, mailroom, parcel lockers, front desk, and neighbors
  • Any delivery notices or delivery photos from the carrier

If your order is still missing, please contact the carrier to file a report, then email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Your carrier claim or case number, if available

Claims for packages marked Delivered are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the outer shipping box
  • Clear photos of the damaged, incorrect, or received item(s)

Once reviewed, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.

Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once your return is approved, your return package must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return instructions.

To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be returned in sanitary condition
  • Light trial use is acceptable
  • All original parts, accessories, and components must be included
  • Bundles and kits must be returned as a complete set

To start a return, email hello@mybeovea.com with your order number.

We are unable to accept returns for:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned with significant wear, damage, contamination, or missing components

Yes. For voluntary returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.

If the return is due to our error, or because the item arrived damaged or defective, we will review the order and provide an appropriate refund or replacement, including return shipping where applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1-5 business days
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-7 business days to post the refund

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest option is to:

  • Request a return for your original item
  • Place a new order for the item you want

If you place a new order, you may add a note such as:

Exchange for order #[YourOldOrderNumber]

Please note that the new order will be charged at the price in effect when the new order is placed.

Yes. Eligible items may still be returned.

  • Refunds are based on the amount actually paid after discounts were applied
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns

If your order qualified for a free gift, the gift must also be returned.

If you choose to keep the gift, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

After the 30-day return window closes, returns are no longer available. However, eligible functional defects may still be covered under our One-Year Limited Warranty.

Warranty

Our One-Year Limited Warranty covers eligible functional defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended, household use and in accordance with product instructions.

Coverage applies only to the original purchaser of a product purchased directly from mybeovea.com or from an authorized BEOVEA reseller.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic issues such as scratches, dents, discoloration, or fading that do not affect function
  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, neglect, improper storage, improper cleaning, or modification
  • Unauthorized repair, disassembly, or alteration
  • Damage caused by exposure to liquids, moisture, extreme temperatures, or improper voltage beyond product instructions
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Products that function as intended but are no longer wanted after the 30-day return period

The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original delivery date.

Claims must be submitted within the warranty period and require valid proof of purchase.

  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect, if possible

If your claim is approved, the resolution may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, at BEOVEA’s discretion.

Payments & Orders

Your card is charged at the time of purchase.

You may see a temporary authorization hold before the final charge is posted.

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.

You will see the tax amount before completing your order.

Please try the following:

  • Double-check your card number, expiration date, security code, and billing ZIP code
  • Make sure you have sufficient available funds
  • Contact your bank, as some transactions may be blocked as unusual activity

You can also try another payment method.

Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folders first.

We begin processing orders quickly, but we will do our best to help before the order is dispatched.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email hello@mybeovea.com as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • The requested change

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

At this time, we do not offer price adjustments after purchase unless a specific promotion clearly states otherwise.

Product Use & Care

Use it on clean, dry lashes before mascara.

  • Work from base to mid-length to tips using short presses
  • Aim for a smooth C-curve rather than a sharp bend
  • Do not use directly on wet mascara

When used as directed, the curler is designed to be gentle on lashes.

  • Use light pressure
  • Avoid holding it in one spot for too long
  • Keep the pad clean for even contact
  • Do not use on wet mascara or directly on the waterline

  • Apply body wash to your skin or directly to the scrubber
  • Massage in gentle circular motions
  • Rinse thoroughly after use
  • Hang to dry

For both tools, begin on clean skin with a few drops of oil or serum to allow smooth glide.

AuraFlow™ Sculpting Gua Sha

  • Use light, upward, outward strokes
  • Under the eye area, use the ball tip very gently
  • For the jawline and cheeks, use the V-edge
  • For areas of texture or tension, use the comb edge

Gold Cryo Sculpting Spoon

  • Glide over the skin to help spread product and create a cooling sensation
  • For additional cooling, place it briefly in a clean, dry refrigerator compartment
  • Avoid extreme temperatures

A daily ritual of 3-5 minutes is usually enough.

Many customers use them as part of a simple routine:

  • Heated Eyelash Curler: Daily, with makeup
  • Silicone Body Scrubber: Daily in the shower
  • Gua Sha and Cryo Spoon: 3-7 times per week, in the morning for depuffing or in the evening to unwind

Start gently and adjust based on your comfort and skin response. If anything feels uncomfortable, stop use and take a break.

AuraFlow™ Sculpting Gua Sha and Gold Cryo Sculpting Spoon

After each use, wash with mild soap and water, then dry completely before storing.

AuraCleanse™ Silicone Body Scrubber

Rinse thoroughly after each use and hang to dry. For a deeper clean every 1-2 weeks, you may place it on the top rack of the dishwasher or boil it for 1-3 minutes.

Heated Eyelash Curler

Once fully cooled, wipe the silicone pad with a dry tissue or a lightly damp cloth. Do not soak or rinse the device body in water.

Safety & Materials

Our tools are designed for gentle, external cosmetic use.

  • Always use light pressure
  • Stop use if you notice redness, irritation, or discomfort
  • For the Heated Eyelash Curler, avoid the waterline and do not use on wet mascara

If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are under treatment, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

  • Discontinue use if you notice redness, itching, or discomfort

Our tools do not include skincare actives or added fragrance.

The Silicone Body Scrubber uses food-grade silicone that is BPA-free and phthalate-free. We do not use latex in our tools.
