Shipping Policy
OUR SHIPPING COMMITMENT
At BEOVEA, we aim to make shipping clear, reliable, and straightforward. We process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible so your order can arrive without unnecessary delay.
This policy applies to all orders placed on mybeovea.com. We currently sell and ship only within the United States.
SHIPPING AVAILABILITY
Shipping availability may be limited in certain non-contiguous U.S. locations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and other U.S. territories or special-address regions. If shipping is unavailable to your address at checkout, we are currently unable to fulfill the order.
ORDER PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES
We work quickly to get your order on its way.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
High-Volume Periods: During sales, promotions, or holiday periods, processing may require an additional 1-2 business days.
Estimated Transit Time: After dispatch, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and final delivery timing depends on the carrier.
Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING RATES & METHODS
Rates: Orders of $15 or more qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under $15, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, available shipping methods, and order value.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options are not currently available.
Signature on Delivery: Signature confirmation is not required for standard shipments unless otherwise noted at checkout.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Orders cannot be rerouted once they have been dispatched.
BEOVEA is not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or misdelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We begin processing orders promptly.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email hello@mybeovea.com as soon as possible and include your order number and requested change.
We will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
DAMAGED, MISSING, LOST, OR DELIVERED-NOT-RECEIVED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@mybeovea.com.
To help us review the issue as quickly as possible, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
For damage claims, clear photos of the product and the outer shipping box or shipping label
For missing-item claims, a photo of everything received in the shipment, if applicable
If a package is marked Delivered but you have not received it, please first check the surrounding area, building mailroom, front desk, and with neighbors or household members if applicable. Please also contact the carrier to file a report using your tracking number.
Once you have any available report number or delivery details, please email us so we can assist further.
Claims for packages marked Delivered are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may request carrier claim information, delivery confirmation details, or other supporting information before determining eligibility for a replacement or refund.
If an issue is confirmed, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy.
SERVICE DELAYS
Delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season backlogs, labor interruptions, or other transit-related events.

BACKORDERS & SPLIT SHIPMENTS
From time to time, certain items may become temporarily unavailable.
We may, at our discretion, allow backorders or pre-orders for selected items.
We may also ship available items separately if part of your order is delayed.
If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
Shipping charges will not exceed the amount shown at checkout for the original order.
If we are unable to fulfill a backordered item within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you with available options, which may include an updated estimated ship date, substitution, or refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently do not offer international shipping.
